Steps for Abstract Submission |

Abstract Submission Guideline |
1. All abstracts must be submitted electronically and written in English. |
2. The web submission system will automatically produce your abstract in the proper format for publication in the Abstract Book. |
3. Authors are required to indicate their presentation preference between oral and poster. The Program Committee, however, reserves the right to make the final
decision on the
mode of presentation and conference topics. |
4. Acknowledgment of your submission will be sent to the e-mail addresses provided by the main author. |
5. Authors may further edit and modify submitted abstracts until the submission deadline. It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that their text does not contain typos or
grammatical errors. |
6. Authors will be notified of acceptance of abstracts. |
7. All participants can present maximum 2 presentations (1 Oral, 1 Poster). |

Notification of Acceptance |
All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Program Committee according to reviewing procedures.
Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to corresponding, presenting and abstract submitting authors by July 1, 2021. If you have not received the notification, please send the email to the secretariat (secretary@icg2021.org) with your abstract information. |

Withdrawal of an Abstract |
If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by July 16, 2021 the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
If you must withdraw an abstract, please notify the secretariat (secretary@icg2021.org) in writing as soon as possible. |
